Romantic November with Trio Bresciani

Cadencia Ensemble

After dazzling us with their Brahms and Schumann Piano Quartets early this year, Trio Bresciani return to Healesville to perform new repertoire: the majestic Beethoven piano trio op.1 no.3 in C minor; and the exquisite Schubert piano trio in E Flat major (made famous in Stanley Kubrick’s film of “Barry Lyndon”). JiWon Kim on violin, Peter de Jager on piano, and Jonathan Bekes on cello, are three of the country’s most accomplished soloists performing together: an exercise in the ecstatic.
